1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the 88hi Platform — including placing bets, playing games, making deposits, or claiming promotions — you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 88hi. If you are using the Platform on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorised to bind that person to these Terms.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of the overall agreement governing your use of the Platform.

2 Eligibility

Use of the 88hi Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria. By using the Platform, you represent on a continuing basis that you satisfy each requirement:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 88hi strictly prohibits use by individuals under 21, and age verification may be requested at any time.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. Account sharing, proxy registration, and use by any party other than the registered account holder are strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been excluded or suspended by 88hi or any affiliated platform, and you do not hold any other active account on the Platform.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the 88hi Platform, you must register a personal account. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be closed. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh.

88hi reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any stage, including at the point of withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until the process is complete.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 88hi will not be liable for any loss arising from failure to comply with this obligation.
• You must notify 88hi immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any suspected breach of your account security.
• 88hi reserves the right to close, suspend, or limit any account at its sole discretion, including where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, multiple account registration, or breach of these Terms.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the 88hi Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as Visa and Mastercard where available. The minimum deposit is ৳500. Withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change without notice.

Deposits are generally credited in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation. Withdrawals are typically completed within 24 hours of approval, subject to successful KYC verification where applicable.

• All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payment methods are not permitted. 88hi reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if a third-party method is detected.
• Withdrawals are subject to identity verification. Supporting documentation may be requested before processing, particularly for accounts that have not previously completed KYC.
• Bonus funds credited to your account are subject to their applicable wagering requirements before the bonus amount or any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Full bonus terms are disclosed at the time of each promotion.
• 88hi does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank or mobile money provider.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

88hi offers bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players, including a welcome bonus on first deposit, reload bonuses, and seasonal promotions tied to Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day, and the BPL cricket season. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms disclosed when the promotion is made available.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's terms:

• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Bonuses cannot be combined unless specified.
• 88hi reserves the right to cancel, modify, or withdraw any promotion at any time. If a promotion is cancelled after a bonus has been credited but before wagering requirements are fulfilled, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Any attempt to abuse a promotional offer — including opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using prohibited betting patterns to fulfil wagering requirements, or exploiting software errors — will result in disqualification and may result in account closure.

6 Responsible Gaming

88hi is committed to promoting responsible gaming and protecting vulnerable individuals, including problem gamblers and minors. The Platform is strictly limited to adults aged 21 and above. 88hi provides responsible gaming tools including self-imposed deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options, all accessible from within your account settings.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21, or allowing a person under 21 to access your account.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any coordinated betting designed to exploit the Platform's markets or game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including money laundering. 88hi cooperates fully with relevant authorities in investigations relating to financial crime.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88hi Platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the property of 88hi or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform's content without the prior written consent of 88hi. Unauthorised use may give rise to a claim for damages and may constitute a criminal offence.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88hi, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, or computer damage — even if 88hi has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

88hi does not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While 88hi takes reasonable steps to maintain availability and reliability, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary service unavailability.

10 Privacy and Data Protection

88hi is committed to protecting the personal information of its users. The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the 88hi Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. All data transmitted between your device and the Platform is protected by SSL encryption. 88hi will not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Amendments to These Terms

88hi reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform immediately and contact support to request account closure.

12 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by applicable law. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally through the 88hi support team will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
